Due to the nature of dietary supplement products and safety regulations:
Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Cardioware Science is not responsible for packages that are:
Lost after delivery
Stolen from porches, mailrooms, front desks, or lockers
Delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Refunds, credits, or replacements will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
In the event of a verified Cardioware Science fulfillment or shipping error (such as incorrect items, missing items, or damage incurred during transit), customers must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier’s marked delivery date.
This reporting window is firm. Requests submitted after seven (7) days will not be eligible for review.
All shipping claims must include:
A full unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is first opened
Photos of the external packaging
Photos of the contents
Photos of the packing slip
Claims submitted without complete documentation may be denied.
If a verified fulfillment or shipping error is confirmed, we may, at our sole discretion:
Issue a replacement product
Cash refunds, store credits, or alternative compensation are not guaranteed.
Chargebacks submitted for:
Delivered packages
Refused shipments
Stolen packages
will be formally disputed using:
Carrier delivery confirmation
Order records
Acceptance of these Terms
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection action where permitted by law.
