Lost, Stolen, Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Delivered Packages

Cardioware Science is not responsible for packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier and subsequently lost or stolen. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Theft from porches

  • Mailrooms

  • Front desks

  • Parcel lockers

  • Apartment complexes

  • Other delivery locations

Once a shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate shipping address

  • Ensuring a secure delivery location

  • Monitoring tracking updates

  • Retrieving packages promptly upon delivery

We strongly recommend using:

  • Signature-required delivery (when available)

  • Secure business addresses

  • Carrier hold-for-pickup services

if package theft is a concern in your area.

Non-Delivery, Damage, or Fulfillment Errors

All shipping-related issues other than post-delivery theft must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier’s delivery or attempted delivery date.

This reporting window is firm. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will be declined.

Required Documentation for Claims

For claims involving damage, missing items, or fulfillment errors, the following documentation is required:

  • A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is first opened

  • Clear photos of the external packaging

  • Clear photos of the contents inside the package

  • Clear photos of the packing slip included inside the package

  • The tracking number

  • A brief written description of the issue

Failure to provide all required documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Resolution of Verified Claims

If a claim is reviewed and verified as a Cardioware Science fulfillment or shipping error, the affected items may be reshipped at no additional cost.

Cash refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at our discretion.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

All sales are considered final once an order has been processed.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted.

For health, safety, and quality control reasons:

  • Returns are not accepted for opened or used products

  • Refunds are not issued for change of mind, user error, or refused delivery

  • Refunds will not be issued for packages marked as delivered

Chargebacks filed for delivered, refused, or stolen packages will be formally disputed with supporting shipping and delivery documentation.

Reshipments are considered only in cases of verified fulfillment errors or confirmed shipping damage that meet the documentation requirements outlined above.
